SNW Europe, together with Datacenter Technologies and Virtualization World set new records in 2009 with over 1,500 unique visitors from over 20 countries, an increase of more than 10% on the 2008 figures. Over 70% of the attendees were end-users, resellers, systems integrators or members of the international press and analyst community.

SNIA and SNIA Europe will promote the European Union Code of Conduct for Data Centrest best practices to our members and the industry overall. Our mission is to educate the market on the evolution and application of storage infrastructure solutions for the data centre and to deliver a high-level knowledge exchange of open and effective storage technologies; being an Endorser of this European Union Code of Conduct will give our energy efficient education and positioning increased credibility within the industry.
