Mahesh Vaidya, Chairman Mahesh Vaidya is the CEO of ISIT AE. He is responsible for bringing innovative storage solutions to the Middle East to help customers store, structure and secure their digital assets. His duties include executing ISIT’s vision of becoming synonymous with “Storage” in the Middle East. Vaidya has ample IT experience with seventeen years of consultative selling of IT solutions, and nine years experience architecting state of the art storage solutions catered to suite customers’ individual needs. Vaidya has pioneered numerous storage solutions in the Middle East; including Heterogeneous Backup, Heterogeneous Clustering and Host based replication , Compliance Archiving , Data Deduplication , Data base archiving, Storage as a Service etc. Vaidya has lived in the Middle East for more than thirteen years. Vaidya’s leisure interests include martial arts – where he has earned a black belt. |

El Samadoni, Ossama, Vice Chairman Ossama El Samadoni is currently the Lead Principal for Storage in IBM Middle East North Africa and Pakistan. Ossama started his career as a systems engineer in IBM; then diversified his work on technical; sales and channel management in Oracle, HP, Dell, NetApp and recently IBM. Ossama has a diverse multi faceted industry knowledge ranging from Health care, Security and Defense, Oil and Gas, Banking and Government. |

Shaik Asif, End User Facilitator Shaik Asif is Storage Field Technical Sales Specialist - Middle East and Pakistan for IBM Middle East. His main responsibilities are to enable partners on storage products, build business with local partners in Middle East and Pakistan, provide pre-sales support to partners which includes system assurance, training, product positioning, provide storage solutions to customers/partners and running IBM storage certification programs. Shaik has been with IBM Middle East for 7 years. He has more than 12 years experience in the IT industry. He worked with KPMG Dubai before joining IBM Middle East. |
