Please complete the following information for the company applying for SNIA Europe membership.  The information you provide will be used to create your company's initial entry in the online member directory once your membership is activated.  

Logo requirements:

• Format:  .jpg, .gif, .png
• Size:  170 x 170 pixels

You do not have to submit the logo with your application form, but we will need you to send it to us by email before your membership is activated.  The logo will appear in the Featured Members areas of the website and in the online Member Directory.
