Eligibility

Full membership in SNIA Europe is open to companies engaged in the research, design, production, marketing, distribution and/or support of products and services related to Storage Networking, or with a common interest in promoting Storage Networking.

Channel companies -- defined as integrators, distributors, resellers and VARs/VADs -- may opt for Full (Voting) Membership at a fee discounted by 20% off vendor rates, or Associate (Non-Voting) Membership. Storage consultants operating as sole traders may qualify for individual (personal) membership to obtain benefit of acces only, without the marketing and visibility options of company members (see categories below).

Full (Voting) Membership

Full Membership entitles the member company to all marketing and promotional benefits of membership, as well as the opportunity to stand for elected leadership positions for maximum company influence and visibility. Full members also vote in SNIA Europe elections and on all SNIA Europe business presented at the General Member Meetings.

Full Membership categories are based on turnover related to Storage Networking products and services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa:

Associate Membership

Associate Members (except for Individual Associates) receive the same promotional benefits as Full Members but are not entitled to vote, hold elected leadership positions, or exercise any other legal rights of Full Members. The Board of Directors has full discretion to define the benefits of these categories on an annual basis.

Individual Associate members gain access to the SNIA Europe members' area and email lists, but do not receive promotional or other marketing benefits.
